IMPORTANT:, FOR ALL USA BASED CUSTOMERS: Due to new U.S. tariffs and customs fees, I am unfortunately unable to send small packages from Norway to the USA without it costing $46. This shipping cost is almost as much as the book itself, and I am unable to cover it. If you still wish to support me by purchasing the book, thank you so much — it truly means a lot.
