CODA 20th ANNIVERSARY MERCH

This year’s anniversary merch: Artwork + text for the 20th anniversary of
CODA Oslo International Dance Festival (2022)

«There is no recipe for dancing. One arm here, one arm there, you got this. You are dance» For this year’s 20th anniversary, we wanted to make something special for all our CODA friends. We therefore collaborated with the artist and writer Victoria Margrethe Bencsik on the design, and now you can become a lucky owner of this year’s CODA merch.

In collaboration with studio 10/10, the ideas were transferred from pen and paper to selected clothing products. Everyone can see and buy the products via 10/10’s online store. There are also physical sales before and after our performances during the festival. We have produced a limited edition. The profit from the sale will go to “Safe Residencies” by SafeMuse. Read more about the collaboration here.

WORMS MAGAZINE x BUSY WRITING LISTS

A booklet of 16 pages featured in Issue 4 of Worms Magazine (2022)

Worms #4 looks at psychogeography and the Situationists from a non-male perspective. Taking flâneuserie and the creative benefits of a good walk as its starting point, the issue features conversations with Eileen Myles, Alison Bechdel, Lauren Elkin, Tilly Lawless, Mckenzie Wark, Therese Estacion and Carmen Winant. 2021 was a fraught year for walking; the pandemic restricted our right to movement, while the murders of women walking in London led us to ask the question: how can the act of walking the streets spark political conversation?”

Included in this issue is a booklet of my lists. More info here.

SENDB00KS x SO MUCH LUV IN DIS CLUB

Sendb00ks collaboration, March month (2019)
(drawings + writings)

March's book in Flights by Olga Toharczuk, a book which has shouted at me to be read from every bookshop I entered last year, a book about modern day travel. I found the time to read because my friend Victoria, Artist/Norwegian expat in Paris/brilliant mind has this wonderful annotated copy with magical annotations inside on the pages of text. She also wrote/translated from Norwegian her own observations inspired by one book.” - Gemma Janes.
